"Best memories: growing up on my grandmother's dairy farm in the Berkshire Hills, not far from Saratoga Springs: an idyllic start in life. We didn't have a tractor, so the horses did all the day to day work. I read Old Bones The Wonder Horse, the story of Exterminator, when I was still in single digits. I've always had a deep appreciation for animals. I entered the military in 1969 and was a Scout Dog handler. After military service, I attended the U. of Arizona, Tucson, where I double majored in Accounting and Finance. I was employed in the securities markets for some 15 years and recently retired. Currently, I trade the markets for my own account, make independent movies when I have time, own part of a custom winery, Crushpad, in San Francisco, and handle the bulk of the business operations for 'Yellow Rose Racing' and 'Yellow Rose Stables."
